Ellen Rozelle Turner is the Founder, President and CEO of The William Everett Group and Mind Your Manners, Limited. Ms. Turner has over 20 years of experience in executive management, sales, marketing and is a subject matter expert in state and local government. Ms. Turner has a solid track record of helping clients solve complex business problems and delivers superior customer service. She has held positions as President of Blackwell Consulting Services, one of the nation’s largest minority owned technology firms, Managing Partner and founder with Clarity Partners and Assistant Commissioner at the City of Chicago Department of Innovation and Technology and the Office of the Mayor. Ms. Turner was confirmed by the the Chicago City Council as a board member of Mayor Lori Lightfoot's Affirmative Action Advisory Council and is a member of the Chicago City Council Subcommittee on Economic, Capital and Technology. She is also a member of the Executive Club of Chicago where she serves on the Forum Committee and the newly formed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Ms. Turner was named one of Chicago's 2021 Top Women of Impact by Better Magazine. She has been honored with the Chicago Defender’s Women of Excellence Award, the prestigious Anti-Defamation League Women of Achievement Award, the University of Illinois CHANCE Program Community Partnership Leadership Award and the National Forum for Black Public Administrators Leadership Award. The William Everett Group was named National Small Business of the Month by OnDeck Financial. Ms. Turner was also featured in Crain's Chicago Business article The Takeaway.

Ms. Turner is dedicated to her charitable causes. She is the Chairman of the McGee Turner Family Foundation. Her family foundation to provide internships, mentorships and technical training to youth and young adults in brown and black communities. She served as the former Chairman of the Board of Circle Urban Ministries a non-for-profit organization serving Chicago’s Austin Community. She was formerly on the board of directors of the Loretto Hospital, Harrington College of Design, DuSable Museum Women’s Board and the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago. Ms. Turner serves on the Illinois State Treasurer's African American Women's Board and Congressman Bobby Rush's SAFETY Task Force.
